100 Days Challenge, Days 34 and 35, and some check-ins

Happy Super Sunday, Hit&Runners!

Ultimate Bloody Mary's were all the rage at brunch!
It has been a funny two days with the challenge, and I enjoyed playing Wii Fit and Rock Band for my 30 minutes.  We're not even halfway through, and this challenge has contributed significantly to stepping into the light of 2011.  I love finding creative ways to get the time in, I love marveling at what I can do on the days I push myself, and I love that although I have stumbled and that sometimes it is messy, this challenge is one of the factors reconnecting me with blogging, with coaching, with friends old and new and with a sense of grounding in this world.

Two things that are on the agenda for February are re-vamping hitandrunners.com and posting a video blog.  Which would you rather see, H&Rs, an interview or an exercise video?  Let me know and I'll see what I can do.

H&R Jan is going to train for a 10K this spring, Super Cousin Julie is putting me to shame with her awesome trail training, H&R Rachel rocked out a kickboxing class with me the other day, and I'm anxious to be updated on two other H&Rs that are training for first races as well.  Who else?  Write me a note and I'll give you a shout-out!

Go Go Go!
Coach Andi
